great location, friendly staff
convenient location helpful staff quiet atmosphere
the location was very convenient. I easily walked to town in about ten minutes. The staff were always helpful. They gave me useful tips about local spots. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere too.
the walk back to the hotel includes a STEAP hill.

the pool area features comfortable sunbeds. There is also plenty space . Breakfast offered tasty options each morning. It gave everyone a good start for the day.

broken safe limited breakfast variety
Our stay had a couple of issues. The safe in the room did not work. I reported it, yet it never got fixed. the breakfast, while decent, lacked variety. The same items was every morning. I also think the walls are very thin! I could hear conversations and other noises from adjacent rooms.

dirty room suspicious stains
the staff was EXTREMELY friendly and thats what gave me a good impression about the city. they were very helpful with tips around the island.
i found A problem with the room i booked. it was not very clean. there were boogers on the wall. the bunk bed also had some stains that looked suspicious. it was not a great start.

Awesome Stay with Very nice Staff
travel advice clean room airport concierge
Sharon and the team offered travel advice before we even arrived. They greeted us with water and a map. They also suggested great places to dine, which i really appreciated. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We had a great little stay! They made our transfers much less stressful. The team sorted our concierge from the airport.
During my time, it was hard returning from the city center because the road to the hotel is uphill.

The room was very very comfy and tidy. It was also quiet, which helped with relaxation. I could see the ocean from my balcony overlooking the pool.

Generally Adequate Stay

I appreciated the villa's location. It allowed my family to walk from the initial bus stop. We also walked to the New Port for a high-speed ferry to another island. That took only 15 minutes. There is a restaurant nearby, maybe 500 meters past the hotel, (I didn't try it).
The hill back to the hotel after spending time in town was quite steep. Walking uphill took considerably longer, especially after a few cocktails. The walk into town took around 10 minutes at a brisk pace. (I think it felt longer in the heat).
